Poor Credit Score/ Rating

Many people find it difficult to obtain mortgages due to poor credit rating or failing the lenders credit scoring procedure. This can arise for a variety of reasons, poor payment records, late payments, missed payments, CCJ's, defaults, not on voters roll, no credit history at all etc. Unfortunately, most high street lenders use a combination of credit score and credit search to assess your application which all too often means refusal is the only outcome.

There are however a number of lenders who do not credit score at all and do not rely on computers to make the decision. We have access to all these types of lenders.
