CCJ's

Count Court Judgement (CCJ's) stands for debt in the county court. If a judgement is settled in full within 30 days of the date of the judgement it will not appear in the credit register. In the event of a payment after the date the judgement will appear in the register but will be shown as being satisfied. Once the ruling has taken place it will be recorded against the persons credit history and will appear on every credit search for the next six years.

Do you have CCJ's

If the answer is yes we can help! Many of the lenders we deal with Gmac, Preferred Mortgages, SPML, First National, Future, etc, allow customers to have CCJ's registered against themselves. Dependant on the loan to value you are looking for there is no limit to the number or amount of CCJ's you can have registered against you.

If an individual fails to make payments on a credit agreement such as secured loans, unsecured / personal loans, credit cards, store cards, car finances etc, or fails to comply with their creditors requirements, they will be described as having 'defaulted'.

Defaults
